Duo: YubiKey authentication troubleshooting

To authenticate with a YubiKey, you will want to select authenticate with security key. Once you do this and click authenticate, you will insert key into a USB port. If it is working correctly it should blink blue. You can then touch the blinking part and it should authenticate.

If the device you are using does not have a USB port you will need to use an adapter to use the key. Some adapters are not compatible with the YubiKey and it will not blink when plugged in. If this is the case, try a different adapter.
