How to fix the "Transfer Your Content" error
Error Message
Transfer Your Content is only available to authorized G Suite for Education Accounts. Please contact your administrator, or sign in with another Google Account.
Cause of Error
A non-Swarthmore Google Account is logged into the Web Browser.
How to Resolve the Issue
- Quit all browser tabs
- Log out of your web browser
- Log back into your web browser with your Swarthmore Google account
- Follow the steps for Google Transfer
