Hide incoming SLG and CQ calls while in a meeting

Toggle off the Shared Line Group or Call Queue in the Settings of the Zoom Phone Desktop App

NOTE: Shared Line Group (SLG) and Call Queue (CQ) calls are handled differently than calls to your personally assigned extension. For a SLG or CQ, you need to toggle off the line during your Zoom meeting, to hide incoming calls.

Click the profile icon in the upper right corner.
Hover over or click Receive Shared Calls.
Toggle the Shared Line Group or Call Queue that you are a member of, to turn off that line while you are in a zoom meeting.
After the meeting, toggle the line back to the on position
