Android Phone does not Connect to eduroam after Following Setup Guide

Despite following the setup instructions and ensuring that the username and password are correct, the Android device will not connect to eduroam.

Resolution

Verify that the wireless settings are set in accordance with the eduroam Connection Instructions solution article
Check the Anonymous Identity field
Remove the word "anonymous"
Save your settings
Connect to eduroam again
