All Zoom Phone Calls are going to Voicemail
Why are all of my Zoom Calls going to Voicemail
This article will help troubleshoot Zoom calls that are not ringing on any device and going to voicemail.
Check Your Settings
Your Zoom settings may be set to forward your calls to voicemail. For more information, see the Zoom Phone setting article.

Sign into swarthmore.zoom.us using SSO
- Go to Phone
- Click on Settings
- Scroll down to Call Handling
- Verify that your Business Hours are correct

Check your Call Handling options are correct
- Zoom Mobile Apps - to receive calls on your cell phone or tablet
- Zoom Desktop Apps - to receive calls on your computer
- Poly Edge - to receive calls on your Poly phone
- Verify that your Closed Hours and Holiday Hours are correct
- Scroll down to Membership
- Verify that your Call Queues are active, if applicable
- Verify that your Shared Line Groups are active, if applicable
Check Your Meetings
If your calendar shows that you are in a Zoom meeting, calls may be directed to voicemail.
Check Your Mobile Device
If your settings are correct and you only have Zoom calls directed to your mobile device, try the following:
- Ensure your Zoom application is up to date
