View or Edit Call Queue Membership
How to view, add, or remove members of a call queue
The Call Queue's Admin can manage the members of a call queue. Members can be people (User) or Common Area Phone(s) that will receive calls to the call queue.
- Sign in to the Swarthmore Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Phone System Management then Call Queues.
- Click the name of the call queue you want to manage.
- Click the Profile tab.
- In the Member(s) section, click View or Edit.
- View list of members or select members that need to be removed and click Remove.
- Click Add to add members.
- Search for Users or click the Common Area Phones tab to add an independent phone
- Select the user or common area phone and click OK.
