Shared Line Group Voicemail

Manage voicemail for a Shared Line Group (SLG) from the Zoom Desktop Client

Note: Only members of the SLG's Voicemail Member Access List will be able to dial in and access the voicemail.

Launch the Zoom Desktop Client on your computer.
Under the Dial Pad, use the drop down to change the Caller ID to the number of the Shared Line Group.
Dial and call *86.
When prompted, enter the SLG voicemail PIN followed by #.
1. Press two to record a voicemail greeting. The greeting will be added to your Zoom Phone audio library.
Follow the audio prompts to manage the SLGs voicemails and voicemail settings.

Listen to Shared Line Group voicemail messages

Listen to SLG messages through the Zoom Desktop Client or Mobile App

Shared Line Group voicemail messages will be under the Voicemail Tab in the Zoom desktop and mobile apps.

Launch the Zoom Desktop Client or Mobile App.
Go to the Voicemail tab.
Hover over the voicemail message that you want to listen to.
Click the Play icon.

Listen to SLG messages through a Poly Phone

NOTE: Poly phone access to voicemail is limited. Only Poly phones assigned to users that are part of the Shared Line Group will be able to access the voicemail messages. Phones assigned to a Common Area User must also have voicemail enabled.

Select the Shared Line Group (SLG) on the Poly phone.
Dial *86 and press Dial or Send.

When prompted, enter the SLG's voicemail PIN followed by #.
1. Press one to listen to voicemail messages.
