Poly Edge Phone Reset

A phone reset may help fix common issues with the Poly Edge Desk Phone.

To reset the phone, follow the steps below:

Press the Home button (button with house icon)
- NOTE: If the phone is asleep when you start, you will need to press the button twice to bring up the menu options.
Use the round navigation control next to the home button, to navigate through menus. Use the middle button to select options:
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Basic
3. Go to Reboot Phone
4. Press Select
5. Press Yes when asked "Are yo sure?"
Wait while the phone reboots and reconnects to the Zoom server. When completed, you should see a green check mark next to the lines listed on the LCD screen.
