Duo: Forbidden 403 Error
If you are not able to load the Duo webpage after signing into a Swarthmore resource (like Zoom), check your system clock

macOS System Clock
- Go to he Apple menu > System Settings
- Click General
- Click Date & Time

Windows System Clock
To View the Timezone:

Click on the bottom right corner of the desktop where the time and date are located.

Click on the Date and Time settings link at the bottom of the popup window.

You are now able to view and customize the time zone.
