Adding the DUO Mobile App (Alternate Method)
Use an Incognito window to activate the DUO Mobile app
Duo devices are now managed through the password portal, under My Security. Accounts created after April 1, 2025 include DUO Mobile as part of the account setup process (when they claim their account).
Accounts created before April 1, 2025 may not be able to access the password portal. Use the directions below to activate the DUO Mobile app for use with your Swarthmore account.
The DUO Mobile app can be installed on a mobile phone or tablet. For best results, use a computer to bring up the Duo prompt.
