Desperate Measures
If you no longer have the application on your Mac computer or it is broken and missing parts, try downloading the installer from the vendor's site and reinstalling it. It will not be configured for Swarthmore, but will include the uninstaller.
To get the default (unconfigured) installer from the vendor's site, go to Where can I download the Policy Key installer?
